RECENT GOVERNMENT ICT PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
1. Public Safety Network (PSN) ICT Cabling Design Documentation
Acted as design manager of a team to design & document phase 1
(152 of proposed 700 sites) for recabling (predominantly) Police
stations throughout Queensland.
2. DETA SITEC Review
Role as a review specialist of existing SITEC ICT Cabling Standard for the Department of Education Training and the Arts. (DETA)
3. Knowledge Based Research Business (KBRB) Project
A multi-departmental project proposed for the old Bogga Road precinct. Contracted (intermediate) for the role of Electronics Engineer/ Sub-Consultant, cabling infrastructure.
4. Queensland Health Telecommunication Connectivity Program
Role as Design Manager for cabling infrastructure upgrade to Hospitals across the state including technical resource defining panel
arrangement. (procurement methodology)
5. Queensland Health Telecomm Systems Replacement (TSR)
Project
Role as Project Manager for the installation of replacement PBX’s
for state wide upgrade.
6. Queensland Police Telephone Co-Ordination Unit (TCU)
Role as Project Manager including the design, documentation and
Tender for the installation of replacement PBX’s as part of
Operational ongoing statewide upgrade.
7. Queensland Health Service Delivery Network (SDN) Project
Role as a Comms Environmental Specialist for definition of Comms
room engineering upgrade, cabling infrastructure design, procurement and installation management.
